1. はじめに

MemoTone（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を扱い、どのように使用するかについて説明します。

2. 扱う情報

2.1 ユーザーが入力する情報

テーマと追加メモ：ユーザーが入力したテキスト（テーマ、追加メモ＝一言）
今のまとめとタグ：AIまたはユーザー自身が作る「今のまとめ」と、AIが付けるタグ
設定情報：通知、自動でまとめを更新するかどうかなどの設定

これらの情報は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや、第三者のサーバーには送信しません。

2.2 自動的に収集される情報

本アプリは、利用状況の把握と改善のために Google Analytics for Firebase を使用しています。送信するのは、次のような統計情報です。メモの内容は送信しません。

画面の表示とボタンの操作：どの画面が何回開かれたか、テーマの作成や追加メモの追加、共有などが何回行われたか
端末とアプリの情報：iOS のバージョン、端末の機種、アプリのバージョン、言語、地域（国・地域レベル）
アプリを識別するランダムな ID：個人を特定しない、アプリのインストールごとの ID
AI の利用可否：この端末で Apple Intelligence が使えるかどうか（使えない場合はその理由の種類）

広告識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。Google によるデータの扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご覧ください。

3. 情報の使用目的

3.1 アプリの機能の提供

今のまとめとタグの作成：端末内の Apple Intelligence（オンデバイスのAI）で、テーマと追加メモから「今のまとめ」とタグを作ります。AIの処理は端末の中で完結し、メモの内容が端末の外に出ることはありません
通知：しばらく動きのないテーマをお知らせするリマインド通知（端末内で予約する通知で、設定でオフにできます）
検索と表示：端末内のテーマと追加メモの検索と表示
書き出しと共有：ユーザーが操作したときだけ、テーマを Markdown や JSON として書き出したり、共有シートで共有したりします。送り先は、ユーザーが選んだアプリや保存先です

4. 第三者との情報共有

4.1 Google Analytics for Firebase

2.2 に記載した統計情報を、Google に送信します。メモの内容は含まれません。

4.2 Apple Intelligence

AIによる今のまとめとタグの作成には、Apple の端末内のAIを使用します。処理は端末の中で行われ、メモの内容は開発者にも第三者にも送信されません。

4.3 その他の第三者

以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者と共有することはありません：

ユーザーの明示的な同意がある場合
法的な要請がある場合
ユーザーまたは第三者の安全を保護するために必要な場合

5. データの保存とセキュリティ

5.1 データ保存

ローカル保存：テーマと追加メモは、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存されます
iCloud 同期：現在は行っていません

5.2 セキュリティ対策

メモの内容を端末の外に送信しない設計
通信は、Firebase への統計情報の送信のみで、暗号化された通信（HTTPS）を使用します

6. ユーザーの権利と選択

6.1 データの削除

アプリ内でテーマや追加メモを削除できます
アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて削除されます

6.2 利用状況の統計について

送信される統計情報は、個人を特定できない形で扱われ、特定のユーザーに紐付けられません。そのため、個別のユーザーの統計情報だけを選んで削除することはできません。

7. 広告

本アプリは広告を表示しません。広告識別子（IDFA）も使用しません。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更があるときは、このページに掲載します。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

MemoTone (hereinafter “this app”) respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This privacy policy explains what information this app handles and how it is used.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information You Provide

Topics and additional notes: The text you enter (topics and the short notes you add to them)
Current summaries and tags: The “current summary” written by the AI or by you, and the tags assigned by the AI
Settings: Notification settings and whether summaries are updated automatically

This information is stored only on your device. It is not sent to the developer’s servers or to any third party’s servers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

This app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve it. We send statistics such as the following. The content of your memos is never sent.

Screen views and actions: Which screens were opened, and how many times actions such as creating a topic, adding a note, or sharing were performed
Device and app information: iOS version, device model, app version, language, and region (country or region level)
A random app identifier: An ID for each installation of the app that does not identify you
AI availability: Whether Apple Intelligence is available on this device (and the type of reason if it is not)

This app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). For how Google handles data, please see Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

3. How We Use Information

3.1 Providing App Features

Creating current summaries and tags: Apple Intelligence on your device (on-device AI) creates the “current summary” and tags from your topic and notes. The AI processing is completed on your device, and the content of your memos never leaves it
Notifications: Reminder notifications about topics that have been inactive for a while (scheduled on your device; you can turn them off in settings)
Search and display: Searching and displaying the topics and notes stored on your device
Export and sharing: Only when you choose to, topics are exported as Markdown or JSON, or shared through the share sheet. The destination is the app or location you choose

3.2 Service Improvement

Improving features and fixing bugs based on usage statistics

4. Information Sharing with Third Parties

4.1 Google Analytics for Firebase

We send the statistics described in 2.2 to Google. They do not include the content of your memos.

4.2 Apple Intelligence

Creating current summaries and tags uses Apple’s on-device AI. Processing takes place on your device, and the content of your memos is not sent to the developer or to any third party.

4.3 Other Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

When you have given explicit consent
When required by law
When necessary to protect the safety of users or third parties

A design that does not send the content of your memos off your device
The only network communication is sending statistics to Firebase, which uses encrypted communication (HTTPS)

6.1 Data Deletion

You can delete topics and notes within the app
All data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app

6.2 About Usage Statistics

The statistics we receive are handled in a form that does not identify you and are not linked to any specific user. For this reason, it is not possible to select and delete the statistics of an individual user.

This app does not display ads. It does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) either.

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
