NeckSaverプライバシーポリシー

1. 開発者が取得する情報

NeckSaver（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者は、お名前・メールアドレス・位置情報など、利用者個人を特定できる情報を取得しません。アカウントの登録も不要です。本アプリに広告は含まれません。

2. 端末の中だけで扱う情報

本アプリは、姿勢の判定のために端末のモーションセンサー（ジャイロ）の値を使います。この値は端末の中で処理するだけで、保存せず、開発者や第三者に送りません。

選んだテーマカラーや表示の太さなどの設定は、端末の中に保存します。

3. 利用状況の統計（Google Analytics for Firebase）

本アプリは、利用状況の把握と改善のために、Google LLC の Google Analytics for Firebase を使っています。送信するのは次のような統計情報で、個人を特定する情報は含みません。

• 画面の表示と操作：どの画面が開かれたか、テーマカラーや表示の太さを変えたか、ピクチャ・イン・ピクチャ（PiP）を始めたか
• 端末とアプリの情報：iOS のバージョン、端末の機種、アプリのバージョン、言語、地域（国・地域レベル）
• アプリを識別するランダムな ID：アプリのインストールごとに付く、個人を特定しない ID

広告用の識別子（IDFA）は使いません。Google によるデータの扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）と Firebase のプライバシー情報（https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy）をご覧ください。

4. 第三者への提供

上の「利用状況の統計」を Google に送る場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。

5. 購入

テーマカラーの購入と支払いは、Apple の App Store が処理します。開発者は支払いの情報を受け取りません。

6. データの削除

端末に保存した設定は、本アプリを削除すると消えます。統計情報は個人を特定できない形で扱われるため、特定の利用者の分だけを選んで削除することはできません。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. Information the developer obtains

The developer of NeckSaver (the “App”) does not obtain information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or location. No account is required, and the App contains no advertising.

2. Information handled only on your device

The App uses your device’s motion sensor (gyroscope) values to judge your posture. These values are processed on the device only; they are not saved or sent to the developer or any third party.

Settings such as the theme color and display width are stored on your device.

3. Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To understand how the App is used and to improve it, the App uses Google Analytics for Firebase provided by Google LLC. The statistics sent do not include information that identifies you:

• Screens viewed and actions: which screens were opened, whether the theme color or display width was changed, and whether Picture in Picture (PiP) was started
• Device and app information: iOS version, device model, app version, language, and region (country level)
• A random app identifier: an ID assigned to each installation of the App that does not identify you

The App does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). For how Google handles the data, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the Firebase privacy information (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

4. Provision to third parties

Except for sending the usage statistics above to Google, we do not provide your information to third parties, except where required by law.

5. Purchases

Purchases of theme colors and payments are processed by Apple’s App Store. The developer does not receive your payment information.

6. Deleting data

Settings stored on your device are removed when you delete the App. Because usage statistics are handled in a form that does not identify you, data for a specific user cannot be selected and deleted.

7. Changes to this policy

We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
