かおトレプライバシーポリシー

かおトレ（英語表記：LiftLaugh、以下「本アプリ」）では、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。

LiftLaugh (known as “Kaotore” in Japan; hereinafter “this application”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled.

1. 顔データの取得 Acquisition of facial data

本アプリは、トレーニングの判定のために、端末のフロントカメラ（TrueDepth カメラ）と Apple の ARKit を使って、利用者の表情の動きを読み取ります。顔の画像や映像は、保存せず、開発者や外部のサーバーにも送信しません。この処理は、すべて端末の中で行います。

This application uses the front camera (TrueDepth camera) and Apple’s ARKit to detect your facial expressions in order to judge your training. Facial images and videos are neither stored nor sent to the developer or any external server. All of this processing is done on your device.

2. 端末に保存する情報 Information stored on your device

本アプリは、トレーニングの記録（実施した日時、トレーニングの種類、時間）と、設定（トレーニングの時間、選んだトレーニングの種類など）を、利用者の端末に保存します。これらは、履歴の表示とホーム画面のウィジェットに使います。開発者のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。

This application stores your training records (date and time, type of training, and duration) and settings (such as the training duration and the selected type of training) on your device. They are used to show your history and on the Home Screen widget. They are not sent to the developer’s server. They are deleted when you delete the application.

3. 開発者が取得する情報 Information collected by the developer

本アプリの開発者は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号など、利用者を特定できる個人情報を取得しません。アカウントの登録も不要です。ただし、広告の配信と利用状況の分析のために、次の第4項と第5項の外部サービスを利用しており、これらのサービスには、端末の情報などが送信されます。

The developer does not collect personal information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. No account registration is required. However, this application uses the external services described in Sections 4 and 5 to show ads and to analyze usage, and information such as device information is sent to those services.

4. 広告（Google AdMob） Advertising (Google AdMob)

本アプリは、広告の配信に Google AdMob を利用しています。広告の配信と効果の測定のために、Google が広告用の識別子（IDFA）や端末の情報を利用することがあります。

• IDFA は、アプリの起動時に表示される確認画面で「許可」を選んだ場合にだけ利用されます。「許可しない」を選んでも、本アプリは同じように使えます。許可の設定は、端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変更できます。
• EU・英国などでは、広告の同意を確認する画面（Google の User Messaging Platform）が表示されます。同意の内容は、本アプリの設定画面の「プライバシー設定」から、いつでも変更できます。
• アプリ内課金で広告を非表示にすると、広告は表示されなくなります。

This application uses Google AdMob to show ads. To deliver ads and measure their effectiveness, Google may use an advertising identifier (IDFA) and device information.

• The IDFA is used only if you choose “Allow” on the confirmation screen shown when the application starts. The application works the same way if you choose “Ask App Not to Track”. You can change this setting at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.
• In the EU, the UK, and some other regions, a screen asking for your consent to ads (Google’s User Messaging Platform) is shown. You can change your choice at any time from “Privacy Choices” in the settings screen of the application.
• Ads are no longer shown once you remove them with an in-app purchase.

Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google のポリシー（Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用）に従います。

Google handles this information in accordance with How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

5. 利用状況の分析（Google Analytics for Firebase） Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

本アプリは、バージョン 7.2.0 から、利用者数と画面ごとの利用状況を把握して改善に役立てるために、Google LLC の Google Analytics for Firebase を利用しています。次の情報が、Google に送信されます。

• アプリの起動と、画面の表示（トレーニングの選択、履歴、設定、はじめての説明、トレーニング中、ヘルプ、広告を非表示にする購入の画面）
• トレーニングの開始と完了（トレーニングの種類、設定した時間）
• 使い方の案内を開いたこと
• アプリのバージョン、OS のバージョン、端末の機種、言語、国・地域、アプリごとに自動で付けられるランダムな識別子（アプリインスタンス ID）。広告用の識別子（IDFA）は、第4項の確認画面で「許可」を選んだ場合にだけ含まれることがあります。

顔の画像や映像、表情のデータは送信しません。これらの情報から、開発者が個人を特定することはありません。送信された情報は、Google の管理するサーバーで処理されます。収集と利用の詳細は、Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティと、Google のポリシーに従います。

Since version 7.2.0, this application uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google LLC, to understand the number of users and how each screen is used, and to improve the application. The following information is sent to Google.

• Application launches and screen views (training selection, history, settings, introduction, training in progress, help, and the purchase screen for removing ads)
• The start and completion of training (the type of training and the duration you set)
• Opening the usage guide
• The application version, OS version, device model, language, country or region, and a random identifier assigned automatically to each application installation (app instance ID). The advertising identifier (IDFA) may be included only if you choose “Allow” on the confirmation screen described in Section 4.

Facial images, videos, and facial expression data are not sent. The developer does not identify individuals from this information. The information sent is processed on servers managed by Google. For details on collection and use, see Privacy and Security in Firebase and Google’s policy.

6. 購入 Purchases

アプリ内課金の購入と支払いは、Apple の App Store が処理します。開発者は支払いの情報を受け取りません。

In-app purchases and payments are processed by Apple’s App Store. The developer does not receive your payment information.

7. 利用者情報の第三者提供 Provision to third parties

開発者は、利用者の顔データを含め、利用者を特定できる情報を第三者に提供しません。第4項と第5項の外部サービスへの送信は、この提供には当たらず、各サービスの目的の範囲で行われます。

The developer does not provide any information that can identify you, including your facial data, to third parties. The transmission of information to the external services in Sections 4 and 5 does not count as such provision, and is made within the scope of each service’s purpose.

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更 Changes to this policy

必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

This policy may be changed as necessary. The changed policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
